Speaking of Mawile, I've been looking at the stats compared to other mega evolutions and they don't seem that good. The Huge Power ability looks great, but is it still worth it over mega evolving something else?

It honestly learns everything it needs to. Recover, Avalanche, Earthquake, filler. For whatever reason it can learn Rapid Spin, so that can fill your fourth slot.
