How do you get the mega evolution item for kangaskhan? I looked in the glittering cave at night and can not find it anywhere, i got Pokemon X if that matters

Is this the same for the Alakazamite thing? I saw it was supposed to be in Reflecting Cave, and I see a spot that's just PERFECT for it, but there's nothing there, not even with mashing A for invisible items
