He has other messages too, like "Those are some fantastic stats" - which basically means the stats are junk. =P

You catch a few Dittos with IVs at 31 - say, one of them has HP, ATK, DEF. Then you catch a Gible from the Friend Safari, which is guaranteed to have 2 perfect IVs, with say, SPD, SPE. You have them breed for a while.
Eventually, you're likely going to get a Gible of the opposite gender as the one you already have, with, say, ATK, DEF, SPD, SPE. You have your existing Gible breed with that one.
So you repeat this process until you have a Gible that has HP, ATK, DEF, SPD and SPE. :)
