Ok so is Lotad or any of its evolutions in the X and Y yet? really want to try a new rain dance team. so far I have

Azumarill, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Politoad, and Lapras.

if lotad is not available yet, what is a viable replacement for ludicolo. I was also thinking about taking something out for Kingdra, but I'm not sure what.
