Oh neat, I was just working out a team with this same theme. Do Mamoswine and Togekiss count as 4th gen or 2nd gen? Because while they were both introduced in 4th gen, they were retconned to the Johto dex in hg/ss. For the purposes of my team though, I'll assume they're both 2nd and 4th gen

and me and my friends have this rule where we can only choose one pseudo and only one poke from each gen, we had this since gen 4th (ofcourse we repeated 2)

I don't run Mamoswine, but majority of the time I see people using a Choice Band (then again, majority of the time I also knock them out, but it's not a OHKO)

I'd get rid of Roost for Thunder Wave. Also, I'd use Aura Sphere over Dazzling Gleam. Sure, no STAB, but you can hit Steel pokemon that threaten Togekiss now that it's weak to them. But that's personal preference I guess.
And invest full EVs into SpAtk.
