So I'm wanting to get into online battles on Pokemon X. So I have to breed 3 almost IV perfect pokemon that arn't classified as "special" (WHERE IS THIS DITTO IN THE SAFARI ZONE AAAGH), and then that's it? Just play?

I'm guessing Ubers that arn't legendaries are allowed in as they're not "special", is it easier to just breed OP as fuck mons? Any links to metagame teams, etc.?
