I shouldn't have said "hangs in there." I don't know what item it had, but a Focus Sash didn't activate. It simply withstood the attack.

I'm firmly convinced the ai multi partners are there to make you lose. I had a decent ryhperior with me that did fine. Both of mine get taken down, and ryperior bites it. Its down to a 1v1 between enemy magcargo and ally clawitzer. I thought we had it in the bag, until clawitzer busted out its all physical move set.

Not one of these physical moves was water type.

Lost to a lickilicky. It started cursing up and I got scared. Almost had it dead, and then it rested. Managed to bring it down with gyarados with a couple of lucky flinches.

When I still fighting it I was thinking how an electric type with focus sash or quick claw could completely fuck over a +6 attack/speed gyarados, and whatdya know, in comes a luxray with quick claw.

I learned from the defeat though, I really need taunt on my gyarados. I don't like being walled by salamence and friends with only waterfall and earthquake though.

gg until 70 when a Protect Rampardos 0HKO'ed my max bulk max speed Durant then MegaChicken revenge killed but Sturdy Carracosta killed it, Hawlucha took care od Turtle but it didn't had a chance vs a Zebstrika.
I'm thinking on putting a Focus Sash in Durant but I'm afraid that a Jolteon/Noivern/Crobat/Aerodactyl Taunts him or maybe just drop MegaBlaziken and use a normal one with a sash.

i just lost at 78 and it was my fault. i forgot that dragonite wouldn't be flinched by fake out. and then i tried to leech seed it instead of first using protect to see if it had fire punch.

I use a klefki in singles. Thunder wave and double screens allows my other pokemon to set up pretty easily, but I don't think the same strategy would work as well in doubles.

As someone who has used Milotic since Gen 3, its special defense is through the roof. It's a good Pokemon to use, possibly the best user of RestTalk thanks to Marvel Scale.

Obviously you didn't know this because no one uses Milotic.
The only reason no one uses it now is because muh OU tier. Admittedly there are better options for Water-type special walls, but let's face it, you people will barely touch anything in UU until you see someone else using it.
