Hey, So I am trying to RNG a Shiny Latios. I can't seem to get him tho. I THINK I have found my starting frame, but it seems to keep changing. I assume something is causing the frames to advance. But I have no Idea how much as it seems random. Anyone who has Succesfully RNGed Shiny Latios/Latias in Black/White 2 could help me would be great. I've RNGed nearly every other Legendary, they were not that hard but I am struggling with Latios.
