I've caught 4 shinies so far and all their colors are crap. Why can't Game Freak produce good looking shinies?!

hatched a shiny shroomish, has the ability i want, with 4 IVs except HP
was ecstatic and raise it to a breloom instantly, checked online, found out it learn spore as shroomish, GODAMMIT!
decided to hatch the remaining eggs, and lo and behold, another shiny, 5IVs

so i'm thinking of trading the shiny back to the jap player that gave me the mum
