Colleseum is the only way you could in theory find a legit Shiny Jirachi, but Bank wont transfer it because of how 'out-there' it is.
GF just made it so that Event "Mythical" Legends can't be shiny unless they were distributed recently (I.E: Genesect)
So your Pokemon should be fine.
