the battle institute follows the same damn formula for every type of battle

the more pokemon, the easier it is to get master

singles is the hardest and then gets easier because there are more pokes to KO

Also, while your KO's are taken into consideration for your rank, that doesn't necessarily make it easier. You're faced with just as many opportunities for you to get KO'd or for something to happen that would cause point deductions. That is, unless your strategy is tight.
