So today I was searching through Veekun to see if Blissey could learn Tri-Attack in any way, since Togepi with Tri-Attack was released at some point as an event. Of course, the Blissey line doesn't learn it-- except. In RBY, Chansey learns Tri-Attack.

So what I'm getting at is, what if the Gen2/Gen3 split didn't happen? If you could still have your bros from all the way back then? If you could have all the moves that were released back then? Blastoise got Zap Cannon was another interesting thing I saw. Anything interesting any of you want to point out?
