It's a misprinted japanese card. It was the original print for the an Ivysaur card I believe, the first one that is printed for quality control before mass production begins. Anyway, the misprint was supposedly so hilarious, the shop workers decided to keep it. It was the ONE known copy in EXISTENCE, and was lost in a fire, and if someone finds another one, it is estimated to cost just under one MILLION dollars.
