so recently i borrowed a friends Action Replay which let me grab myself a hacked Azure Flute as well as the other hacked event items for to obtain all the gen IV eventmons.

i've just finished the league and gotten the national dex now. i'm just wondering if Pokebank will let me transfer the Arceus i'm going to catch at the Great Hall into X & Y.

the Arceus is a legit Pokemon since you actually battle and catch it in game, but the Azure Flute is a hacked item that was never released to the public.

so yeah will Pokebank ban me if i try to transfer Arceus over to X & Y?
