Honestly, the only classification of Pokemon should be the Challenge Cup system. NU Pokemon? Could kill Wobby with a Butterfree for Pete's sake. Besides, tiers actually hurt a Pokemon's image. Didn't Karen of Johto's Elite Four say that to say a Pokemon is strong or weak is a matter of perception? If so, then people must realize that LIFE CAN'T BE PERFECT! Wobbuffet 00ber? I only classify 00bers as legends, High-Class and Middle-Class.

High-Class ones are banned from BF.
Middle-Class ones are allowed.

Only Dragonite,Tyranitar, and legends are too strong for the CC. Shelgon and Metang don't evolve at a level later than 50, but Dragonair and Pupitar do!
