The internal battery on my Blue version died when it was still newish and I had beaten the elite 4. My Gold and Silver versions also had their internal battery die more recently.

I just suck at keeping games. I reckon my little brother's friend stole the latter three. Little shit took my Diamond and wireless receiver for Guitar Hero 3 before I then stole them back. Little cunt.

I'm pretty sure I've lost all of my Gen I, II, and III games. The only one I have left is Silver, and even then it doesn't run that well. Notably, I lost my partially translated Leaf Green cartridge. The dialogue was translated up to Viridian Forest only, but all of the moves, abilities, and Pokemon names (up to five letters) were translated so I was able to get through it. I got it somewhere and this was before FRLG were released here in North America.

My other games were lost, or who knows, maybe they need to be unearthed from the depths of the storage room.

I had only Pokemon Silver IRL, my bro sold it out together with GBA SP to buy PSP, which he later sold also.

On the last day of my 6th grade year, my house was broken into. At the time, I owned a copy of every single Pokémon game released up to that point (from Red and Blue to Diamond and Pearl, including spin-offs). They took every last one of them, plus my DS Lite, plus all of my other video games. I had to start from scratch that day. I lost everything.

The worst part was that my birthday was a few days later. Worst birthday ever. ;-;
