Waste of mega slot is harsh wordingBulky pivot is one set
Timid with Agility outspeeds unscarfed base 130 and less so there's that (you waste a turn though, be very careful)
It does better in UU.
It requires more skill than other UU megas like Houndoom and Manectric who are more like outright nukers (read: click fire blast/thunderbolt)
