If its illusions could become real I could see it. Mr. Mime's Fairy because some of its dex entries talk about how its conjured objects become real if people believe in them, but Zoroark just isn't magical enough.

Zoroark is too evil to have it's weakness to honor neutralized by becoming part of the fare folk. Getting the Fairy type would've been random as fuck game design.
