Does Competitive work if an ally in Doubles lowers your stats, or only if an opponent does? I figure right away it won't work when you lower your own.

No, what I mean is I know that

But does it work like

Because I'm pretty sure Pokemon A lowering its own stats by itself won't give the boost.

I'm pretty sure it does work. Seeing that Judgement will activate if an ally uses Beat Up on that said pokemon.
