Ludicolo isn't amazingly bulky, though.
Its impeccable speed, ability to waterspam, and water/ice/grass coverage, especially with it getting STAB on the grass corner, is pretty much as far as its niche goes outside tier shift, come to think about it. It's a decent niche that gets insanely potent in tier shift, though.
One of the only reasons I still play tier shift is to use my bro Sliggoo, fuck Goodra

Enjoy it being banned everywhere, just run politoed, try defensive one because rain teams tend to have many offensive mons and you don't need one more mediocre offensive mon.
Also consider having Hydration Vaporeon as a special wall (runs something like scald/filler move/rest/rain dance).

I want some rain team advice too:
1) Any good rain team user with taunt? I REALLY want some taunt users. Or at least something that will fit the best
2) How is Empoleon for a rain team? Defiant aqua jets under rain should really hurt.
3) Does Damp Rock work on Drizzle? Or only for actual rain dance?

A pokemon that seems to work really nicely with my rain team is mega ampharos, that 100% accuracy STAB thunder from a special attacker dishes some mean damage. Another poke that I've tried with some success on rain teams is assault vest goodra, works well as a kind of mixed wall.

Damp rock DOES boost drizzle, and Empoleon may be decent with SD, but 86 attack isn't great...
Of course, for taunt, maybe Thundy-I for prankster taunt + thunder/rain abuse.

There are more prankster taunt users, but I thought Thundy would be the best option because not only is it good in rain thanks to thunder abuse, but has all around good stats and typing and access to prankster.. Also, only event or box legends are banned from wifi. You can use Thundurus.

My biggest problem is getting my relatively frail sweepers in safely after Rain is up. I try to lead with Jirachi and hopefully get off SR/Rain while being killed in two turns. Any suggestions?
