I know that assault vest doesn't make something good automatically, but lightningrod seaking works great with it and with 252spd 252d and 4 hp it can absorb a lot of hits. I use mine on a mono water doubles team.

Fuck this faggot, I just won't stop getting shiny Goldeens in my hunt for Shiny Carvanha. Yes, I do know that the mon is worthless without Speed Boost and that it'll have shit IVs, but I don't have access to its HA, so I might as well get it the easy way and save me the trouble of MMing a worthless Tough Skin Carvanha.
