Gamefreak blew it by giving every single water Pokemon (and many non-waters) an ice type move and making ice the worst type in the game to actually possess.
Rock shares similar problems since every fighting type pokemon and practically every physical attacker gets a rock move now while, once again, actually possessing the type fucking sucks most of the time.
Gamefreak deciding to give every single Pokemon a wide as fuck movepool while doing very little to balance out the type chart kinda sucks for certain pokemon.
