It can't get many moves, to be honest. Most it has going for it are Leaf Storm, Hidden Power, Dragon Pulse, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Substitute, and Glare.

DW OU was a tier where everything had its hidden ability.

Serperior was hilarious, because as it turns out, even though Grass is a shitty offensive type, a power 130 move coming off of x6 boosted special attack hits like a train regardless.

Except it wasn't broken in DW OU, it does still have a low Sp.Atk base to make LS spam and Contrary broken and doesn't survive enough to reach +6, is usually revenged fairly easily by faster Pokemon and priorities and cannot really take hits hence has to invest in Speed and Sp.Atk, Gen6 has brought even more answers than Gen5 to it.
Realistically talking it will be UU because (non-insta) banned from lower tiers most likely, it is just as overhyped as Noivern, Avalugg and Goodra and few megas were at their time. You can expect a peak of OU usage for it during the first season because everyone would love to try it, then will set to its actual usage it deserves, a moderate if not average-low one.

Eviolite Servine has higher defenses. Go for a purely bulky set for survivability, slap on Leaf Storm for damage. Yer güd 2go.

And yes, I do remember the DW OU meta and it was mediocre back in Gen5. It was a Rain Scizor, Heatran, Chlorophyl, Stoutland, Mamoswine and Dragonite meta as always, as well as Lucario and many others being relevant and common threats in general. Now, even with a max 8 turn weather the problem stays and became even worse with the bigger power creep of Gen6.

because it isn't as good as p2, gothorita, gurdurr, priplup, combusken, rhydon, piloswine, golbat, togetic and so on in terms of viability in their relative tiers, it still has a shit speed and even less moves to use.

I think even Ivysaur could be an alternative to it, Servine is slightly bulky but Poison type helps more, than again there is Amoongus and Vileplume and others.

It has Glare, Leech Seed, Knock Off, Leaf Storm, Synthesis and a filler, or Knock Off + Offensive Move + fillers.
Absolutely not solid, unless you play something like NFE where probably Fletchinder spam is very common.
