every nendoroid is released only once, with a certain number of copies, lets say 5k dolls
those are not mass production miniatures, those are made by demand and all of them include hand painting and such, that's why they are so expensive
some very rare exceptions got "reprints" like miku's 33 nendo
it was so popular they produced some more, and then they made the 2.0 version
but good smile is alomost hatsune-mikus-official-merchandising-dude, so that doesn't count
I'm surprised they got the rights for making official pokemon dolls in the first place, but don't expect re-releases
they are making Cynthia now, wich is also single release
