Do Event Pokémon kill Pokémon games' Replay Value? Some Mario games, Zelda games, Kirby games, Super Metroid, GBA Metroids, and hell even PMD have replay value.

No. Competitive players kill Pokémon and make Pokémon boring as hell.

They care nothing about Pokémon lore.

Pokémon is a role playing game.

Who knows. It could be a mix of things.
