If you calc the spA it's at the very least likely to be base 190 or higher so if that helps you feel better

Also. are we sure about one hit? What if its HP loss based, or if it only happens when its hit by SE moves.

We don't know that, and I'd expect it's when it dips below half HP. In my wildest dreams, it's a third or lower. I love the concept behind this Pokemon and I want it to be good.
