Guys how do i breed for a Pikachu with hidden ability, fake out and encore?

I just found out that you can only pass on the HA if one of the parents is Ditto. Please help.

Males have a chance to pass down HA only with a ditto.

Females have a chance no matter the father you use.

I tried to pass on the hidden ability with both parents having it for about 30 minutes now and it didn't work. I just checked and it says one of the parents has to be Ditto for it to work.

Am i missing something?

You just checked where? Because it's wrong.

>catch female HA Pikachu
>breed it with a male in its egg group with Fake Out
>when you hatch a female HA Pichu, evolve it
>breed it with a male in its egg group with Encore until you get one with HA and both egg moves

Or if you're playing ORAS you can just DexNav a female HA Pikachu with one of the egg moves, a male with the other, and breed them. It's a 60% chance of passing down HA, you don't need a Ditto unless you're breeding a male or genderless Pokémon.
