You know what I'd like the most?
Hail heals ice-types by 1/16th each turn. Ice Body raises that to 1/8th. Don't give a type bulky stats and shit weaknesses and recovery options. At least it'd put the type on the map.

New Ability:
Smug: Opposing pokemon can only use damaging moves and single target attacks.
Its a cross between taunt and magic bounce. Prevents rocks, taunt, defog, and set up moves. However opponents are allowed to use single target status moves like thunder wave and will o wisp. Distribute to smug looking assholes.

Also this. I'll even throw sneaky stones a bone and make them equal to weather - lasts for 5 turns, or 7 if you hold a specific item.

A taunt ability would be way too op.
Prevent defog, setting up, hazards, status, just by being in? Even magic bounce isnt that OP.
Magic bounce prevents status and hazards and pass them back.
Smug would prevent defog, hazards, and setting up without bouncing, but not single target moves/attacks. Will-o-wisp and t wave are single target. whirlwind is single target, so it doesnt prevent those. However, trick room, rain dance, swords dance, would get prevented, because they either affect the field or are self targetted.
