Speed. That's what pretty much almost anything needs when tapus dragons and UBS can just nuke you before you do anything. Either that or give it close combat so it can more effectively use scarf, superpower is pig disgusting

The thing is that there is something rather similar to what you suggest in the form of Kartana. Kartana is good in doubles but shit in singles, and the same would likely happen to a speedier buzzwole unless it had a little more special bulk (at least 71-ish).

A own spinoff manga where the UBs are superheroes with Buzzwole being the leader. Buzzwole is already damn good but like most alolan mons it just lacks speed and some moves that would make total sense for it but were left out for no reason.
