Toxapex being good is a big part of slowbro's decline, but nobody's mentioned tapu koko, a fast pivot (something slowbro is supposed to stop) that shits on it, and tapu bulu and marowak (physical wallbreakers, things slowbro is supposed to stop) shit all over it. Then there's volcarona, zard y being better than x (stopping x was something slowbro was really good at, but you can't stop it if nobody uses it), super greninja bros, thunder punch + electric terrain mega medi, keldeo's shift from being top tier to just good, TANGROWTH, and z moves in general overwhelming its bulk.
