Be honest you've never used these Pokemon on an ingame team despite being available in every regional Pokedex besides Unovas.

I've used one in a Ruby nuzlocke that I got from fishing in Petalburg. It died before it could evolve tho.

I'm using it in a blue Nuzlock right now where it's actually pretty decent. Probably still the worst water type in the game, but it manages to do alright.

At least it still had 80 sp attack in gen 1.Also, Seadra, Dewgong, and Seaking are probably the worst three in that game.

The absolute worst. Why would you invest Tms into this anyways, where better options are available.

Nah I used this in a Silver Nuzlocke once. Basically didn't want to use Gyarados yet again, so I went for it. It was eh, luckily Gen 2 Johto is pretty easy.

only in nuzlocks with randomized movepools. I feel that wobbuffett would be obnoxious to use during the main game because of how slow it is
