I wish i could look at pokedex entries or manage my team or while walking around, without pausing. I wish I could immediately get back to walking around after defeating a wild Pokemon, while the bottom screen continued to tell me about who got experiance and who leveled up.

-No underwater battles in Alola
-Ultra Beasts implied to be common Pokemon from alternate earths instead of being aliens.

The pokeride outfit.

Seriously, this fucking bugs me the most about pokeride. We do we need to wear this dinky shit while riding a pokemon? The other games didn't require that. All the other NPCs only have to helmet while on a pokemon, if that were the case for the player I wouldn't even be mad but no you have to change out into all this stupid protective gear.

The animations that characters make in Gen 7, ie the hand wiggling, that dumb jumping, etc. If there was far more variety to the animations instead of reusing them I wouldn't have much of a problem

That and the character models in Gen 7 also bug me with how poorly made they are, especially the MC where their expression never changes, it makes me miss the chibi models from Gen 6

The NPCs can have all different types of hair, but you're stuck with being blonde or brunette.
Your next line is, "b-but anon, you get a whole TWO new colors to choose from after beating the game!"

>no long sleeves or pants
>instead of picking your tshirt and then picking your color/pattern like any good game they're separate entries
>if you buy all the clothes you'll have like twenty of a single option, with each one being a different color
>can't change clothes anywhere and have to go to the store every time
>having to dye things to begin with
>VERSION EXCLUSIVE CLOTHING and COLORS
>can't save outfits like in XY because HAHA!

OP here, responding to your posts.
They really did fucked uo the customization in this game;so many things they could have done really. If I were to "rewrite" the customization in the games,I would make this changes:
>A dye shop that allows you to change any part of your clothes of whatever color you want through a color gradient instead of having the same shades of colors repeated from everything
>Having this color gradient on the hairstyle to choose whatever color you want. Also,is having the hairdresser show you a preview of of the hairstyle you'll get really that hard?
