>>35716099It's a nice design but it's not well drawn. It's harder to tell from this blurry image but the full version it's much easier to see that it's eyes aren't even, his ears are misshapen, he's drawn differently in each sketch, Satoshi is especially off model.
I do think we're getting a new Eeveelution for LGPE, and I think it will even be a normal type, but this isn't it.
