Most restaurants add up all of the tips collected within a given timeframe and then dole it out equally to servers.

And I'm not shitting on eurofags, I love Europe for many reasons. But at a nice sit down restaurant chances are you'll get better service and a more personable waiter here.

You're completely wrong bud. I'm a white guy whose stuck in the illegal working industry (Got stuck here when the econemy was bad) I get paid the same as illegals. Fuck tipping and fuck rich foreign owners. Its the immigrants own people fucking them day in and day out. Most of us never see those tips. Don't ever tip. I don't and we usually don't care cause we never seem them anyhow

Ive made a lot of friends and gained respect from being an American working for an immigrants wage just because I don't believe in social programs like food stamps and when you can't get a job at 7.25 an hr, then try $6. Some money for your time is better than idle hands with no money

But yeah whatever our government gives billions away to people who aren't being drained an constricted by modern communism

When I got out of college and had nothing to lean on but my shitty Wendy's job, and they cut my hours from 6 days a week to 1 day a week, I quit and started taking Unemployment, it was through Unemployment that I had enough time to apply to a job at my dream company, now I make well over min wage and work from my house and set my own hours, all because I was willing to take it slow for a bit and really make a perfect application.

Which is true to a degree I guess.
But your point still stands, so I've only bothered waiting in nice restaurants or ones that have so many customers pooled tips is fine.
Why carry a sandwich for pennies when I can carry drinks that cost that much alone?
