Not the best choice, but this at least shows an instance of the Trainer not being forced to ride the Onix. Hopefully, that's also an option outside of buildings.

It is. It's just another episode of "/vp/ exaggerating shit to be pissed about" Season 7.5.
Personally I like the "no abilities and no held item" episode, as well as the "no animation".
