Spiky-Eared Pichu - Variant of a regular Pichu that cannot evolve or be transferred to other games. Female only (100% female). Its Pokeathlon stats are different from that of regular Pichu. Has the move Pain Split, which no other Pichu can get.
Cosplay Pikachu - Variant of regular Pikachu with black tipped tail. Female only. Can wear special costumes and through those costumes learn moves such as Icicle Crash and Draining Kiss that cannot be learned by other Pikachu. This Pikachu is coded with Lightning Rod as its Ability in all 3 slots. Incapable of breeding.
Greninja from SM demo - Variant Pokemon of regular Greninja. Has Battle Bond coded for all 3 of its Abilities. Only this variant Greninja can use Battle Bond; other Greninja cannot. This Greninja is also incapable of breeding.
Rockruff from USUM early purchase event - Coded with Happy Hour move and the Ability Own Tempo, which no other Rockruff has. Only Rockruff with Own Tempo can evolve into Dusk Lycanroc; no other Rockruff can. This Rockruff can't evolve into either of the other two Lycanroc forms. This Rockruff can still be bred though.
And now, the Pikachu and Eevee in these games, which are confirmed to have unique moves exclusive to them, and no other Pikachu or Eevee. They are also the only Pokemon that can be customized with costumes in LGPE. The Pikachu and Eevee cannot evolve unlike other Pikachu or Eevee. The variant Eevee has a 50-50 gender ratio (unlike other Eevee, which are 87.5-12.5 male/female), and only this variant Eevee has a gender difference when it is female (heart-shaped pattern on tail).
