Grass shouldn't lose its Flying weakness, since Flying doesn't have enough going on otherwise. It could stand to gain other resistances, though. Like maybe Dark and Fairy? Make all those defensive Grass types actually capable of taking some of the most common hits.

Water doens't resist ice anymore OR Ice now resist water. (If it's the later, Scald is now a 60BP move super effective on Ice.)

Hail gives a 50% def boost to ice types. Doesn't damage thick fat users.
