The fire belt attack is a signature of Incineroar

Sakurai omitted it from Smash because it had nothing to do with wrestling, but the Incineroar in the 20th movie used Flamethrower with it, Kukui's Incineroar shots fireballs from it, and Ash's Incineroar will use Fire Blast from it
