pure electric is shit, adding extra normal type also fixes lot of fast frail attackers, from taking neutral hits by ghosts and fighting it can now have an immunity at least and hyper voice or even (z) hyper beam if needed
if only it had nasty plot like salazzle
look at sawsbuck and diggersby, both would be shit if they were monotype of any of their current types, sawsbuck still is kinda after nature power got fixed
