Is it even worth to try to use this thing in game? It’s cute and I love Hydreigon, but it’s so weak and evolves so damn late I’m wondering if its better to use something else

What you said doesn't make any sense. People become attached to fully evolved pokemon when they're used by them when needed by the player. Having a pokemon only evolve by the time you're done with your main journey leads to disinterest.

Normally training Pseudo Legendaries is great fun, It's like playing with Legendary Pokemon except you didn't just catch one readily available, you helped it become one. That said, fuck this thing. By the time it evolves the game is over so there's no point bothering with it. It is the only Pseudo Legendary that's not worth training.
