this game looks way better than swoul shielver
don't really expect any improvements from gamefreak. they are incompetant and suck at optimizing their games

More like never go big empty sandbox square zoomer version of open world unless the game lore/design can support it.

Things like BotW and Minecraft make perfect sense as they are.

Meanwhile, Pokémon started open world in the way that matters - being able to do a lot of the things in any order you wish. Not embracing this (and, in fact, embracing it less and less since Gen 3 to the point where it no longer exists in Gen 7 at all save the Trash Go demakes) has been a disservice to the series

It's embracing the zoomer version that's killing Shit and Shite now.

Pokemon has a lot of lore and worldbuilding but none of it is ever expanded upon. At best we get a few bits of dialogue, Pokedex entries and overworld landmarks. It really is a huge disservice to the series

I don't know if they do, but another switch game has seven hundred monsters, plus dozens of characters that can actually turn around fluidly.

But like most monsters are colour swaps. Like, I'd say that DQXI has 10x the effort of SS but some of the comparisons are really dumb
