So are any of the Gigantamax forms going to be actually usable? Charizard would rather set up sun and do a solar power sweep with regular Dynamax, and most of the other Kanto ones belong to shitmons no one would want to blow their Dynamax on in a battle.

Drednaw's and Corviknight's won't be terribly useful either, since you're going to want a dedicated hazard setter or defogger instead. Drednaw, if it gets shell smash, would probably prefer the Dynamax rain benefits instead to do a cleaner sweep while someone else on your team sets up pebbles beforehand. Alcremie's could be usable in VGC depending on how much it heals and what its regular stats are though.

Am I missing something? Why wouldn't you just Dynamax your Tyranitar or (insert top dog in other tier here)? Like Butterfree has a cool effect, but would you really even use Butterfree with the plethora of much better bug types to Dynamax sweep in the game?
