I found a guy who saw it, too, but he didn't save it and he said it was deleted by the author and gone forever. I spent like 4 hours straight browsing a shitton of tags and artists and I have to agree with him.
As an example, I remembered another artist who did two images of Flannery half turned into a Slugma. I only found one, as the artist apparently deleted the other. I saved the one I did find and bookmarked it. I checked on the bookmark a few weeks later, and the artist deleted it, too.
