I don't like the Voltorb line.
Like, make the ice head threatening and spiky, but keep the melted head wimpy and pathetic; the body can stay simple, though.
If the body gets changed, it should be anything but "literally my mom's penguin" like it is. Give /it/ some ice spikes that melt with the head, or an armored, beefy look. IDK, the whole thing needs changing, but I can't do anything about it anyway, so it's just another sprinkle on the "fuck, I miss back when I was looking forward to gen 8" cake.
