Three Wild Pokémon encounters in the Wild Area, rather than the more than dozen you can 'legally' obtain by usual Nuzlocke rules - one on the first visit, one on the way to Hammerlocke, and one from the Lake of Outrage after getting Surf. No more. The first two can't be from the same sector of the Wild Area, either.

i did it like this and it only really started to get tough around the 5th gym so you might want to add another rule.

Only allowed to have 3 Pokémon on your team rather then 6, still allowed to box and move to and from Boxes freely. No using items during battle, only allowed to use Potions and Berries to heal outside of battle, no Center, Nurse or Camping healing.

Considering the Exp. Share is permanently on, it's literally impossible to have a hard time beating this game (because Game Freak failed to balance around the Exp. Share...for the fourth time in a row)

Play a different game.
Being unable to turn off Exp Share and the endgame healing you after every battle prevents any sort of challenge in this game, even self-imposed ones.

The fags at TFS did no heal after the 5th gym. They still beat Leon, but they lost 3 mons to him, 1 to that news crew or whatever on Route 10, and 2 to random-ass overworld encounters. Before they started that rule, they only had 2 deaths and neither no one gave a shit about.

Not a shill and don't even own the game but, honestly by nuzlocke endgame you have enough healing items to fully heal at the elite four anyway. Exp share shit would be fucking annoying though
