Pretty much every Mythical past Gen 5/6 has no lore and only exists to be distributed, adjust their stats and they could be regular late Dex mons. That being said, Meloetta is cute and Melmetal has a cool design and it's a nice way to promote Pokémon Go, about time we got a liquid metal Steel-type mon.
