Swablu, meganium, wigglytuff, magby, sunny cherrim, simisear, conkeldurr, unfezant, leavanny, darmanitan, maractus (debatable), carracosta, archeops, cinccino (also debatable), galvantula, cryoganal because its normal sprite changed so it looks quite similar now, volcarona
Basically lots of gorgeous, vibrant shinies became washed out or just gross colours

shit shinies in 3D has a lot to do with the shit capabilities of the console/engine resulting in desaturated ugly ass colors. Some shinies look better/different in swsh
