"Literally every single NPC being better animated to the point where their faces are fully rigged instead of just texture swaps with flapping mouths" is your high quality animations, a handful of z-moves existing doesn't magically change the fact that the presentation in the entire game is, at wide, superior than the 3DS games.

WRONG
There are multiple webms showing how the NPCs animations are still shit, only because they now are fully rigged means nothing if that fucking npc still seems like to move on a grid, with those halfassed turn arounds.
