Yes. If you ever played a Pokémon game you would know that most of the places you find mienfoo it’s around level 35-42 so that’s why.

Unova did that shit a lot with pokemon found near the end of the game. It makes sense in the Gen 5 games, but it's infuriating when they're found early in the later ones and they evolve so late that they're useless for most of the game.

It's a late game mon. I really hate they only did this on gen 5. As soon as you catch mons like Impidimp they just need to grow one level and then it evolves. It's boring.
