>>42525504These cycles don't fucking exists. Gen 4 has always been that slow gen saved by it's late games, but it's a shame that HGSS doesn't fix Gen 2s level curve. Gen 5 has always been the most controversial gen thats usually accepted to be the most polished and full, content wise, but lacking visually and painfully linear. Because of its nature, the gen has the most extreme opinions, and people have routinely made threads to claim the game is garbage fire or the Pinnacle of the series for almost a decade now. Gen 6 has always been the lost potential gen that has a lot of criticisms but gets some level of forgiveness for being a version one of a game that was never fixed with a version two.
